Grinding Services is a UK based company in the outskirts
of Wakefield, West Yorkshire which aims to provide complete sub-contract precision grinding services.
This includes surface finishing, cylindrical (between
centres), centreless, internal, rotary, surface and
tool and cutter grinding in all materials.
As a pure sub-contractor we are a customer led company
and customer service is at the heart of our business.
As we don't manufacture any products you can be confident
that we will never be quoting against you for precision
grinding services.
All jobs are kept strictly confidential and we act
as the "grinding department" for many large and small
companies.
Our flexible production methods allow us to quote
for jobs ranging from a one-off prototype component
to small, large or very large batches of production
grinding.
Turn around is kept to a minimum dependant on batch
size and "rush jobs" can be catered for by special
arrangement.
We regularly grind components to tolerances within
microns and with high quality surface finishes.
To compliment our grinding we also offer lapping,
polishing, honing, burnishing, super finishing and
thread rolling facilities.
